A Slightly Different Focus

Three years ago today, I borrowed my friend Gerald’s Canon Digital Rebel to get some “extra” shots from his wedding.
It was from that experience, without any doubt, that I realized the potential of today’s digital photography. [And only three years ago. My, how we've grown.... —Ed.]

Forgive the delay. In addition to a frankly insane schedule the past couple of weeks, I’m in the midst of working on the house — which means dust, distractions, sweat, more distractions, headaches, and, have I mentioned, distractions?

Taking a break from photography tonight; tropical storm Hanna is also visiting Maine this weekend, and I’m stuck indoors.
