Rejuvinated

I’ve been way behind on my to-do list recently, which, rather obviously, includes blogging. Many apologies.

Last weekend, rather than take the time to blog, catch up, clean, or anything else, I took an opportunity to clear my head with a longer-than-usual road trip. Part of it was supposed to result in a very cool photostroll, but that part actually turned out to be a complete bust.

You know what? Doesn’t matter. The personal time was exactly what I needed to refresh.

Thus, despite the setbacks, when I got back, I hit the ground running — working around-the-clock for three days straight on a book project that was challenging but very enjoyable.

The only time off was for this week’s Cocktail Hour, which was also construction time for the Magnolia Street Mob’s entry in Saturday’s Cherry Blossom Festival bed race. I “helped” by taking photographs:

Last but not least, a hint of sorrow at this event, as we’re saying goodbye to some faithful Cocktailers and good friends — Tagg and Angelic are heading out to Arizona:
