Fixated on TVs, and What’s on Them

A headline in today’s NYTimes.

With an absolutely perfect photo:

I wonder whether the photo came before the headline (i.e. looked at the photo and the headline popped into mind), or whether the editor made a specific request. Either way, the photo and headline are wonderful together.
