Congrats to Janie and Churchey

I’ve know Janie and Churchey for most of the time I’ve lived in Macon; we have mutual friends — Calvin and Allison* especially.

Originally, this event was to have been a little bigger, but it was scaled back to a simple, friendly, civil ceremony at the Courthouse in downtown Macon.

The ceremony itself was only a few minutes, and the Judge was kind enough to let us hang around for a few minutes afterwords to take this shot:

From there, it was only a block to the beautifully-blooming Third Street, where we took advantage of some Cherry Blossom backdrops.
