Cocktails with Chris and Ellen (and more)

Despite being out of town this weekend, I’ve managed to complete and post the photographs from this past week’s Cocktail Hour, hosted by Chris and Ellen.

Linus Presides

Awesome bookcase — anyone with Linus, Plato, and Naked Lunch on the same shelf deserves some props — but the get-together was largely a kitchen-and-back-deck affair; I didn’t have the chance to wander around their apartment and get too many shots.

Further, we’re just now getting back to a point where there is still daylight when Cocktails start (usually, 7pm). It gets dark all too quickly — but not before someone got a very-deserving portrait:
